Authorship of a fruit and vegetable diet is attributed to the famous American actress Sil Blek. The diet perfectly will suit those who wish not only to lose weight, but also to get healthier, having saturated an organism with useful substances and having saved it from toxins.

In addition to a large amount of vitamins and mineral substances, vegetables and fruit for 80% consist of water, besides they are rich with a cellulose – all this promote clarification of an organism.

Rules of the Fruit and vegetable diet:

  1. Diet basis – vegetable, meat and fish are used in the volume which is not exceeding 150 g a day;
  2. At least 2/3 all vegetables and fruit have to be used in the raw (it is possible to do salads);
  3. Heat treatment of products only dietary – boiling, processing the ferry, roasting, suppression;
  4. It is necessary to drink 2 l of water a day (usual drinking or mineral without gas).

Duration of the Fruit and vegetable diet – 4 weeks, from which two "rigid" and two "lungs". During "easy" weeks it is possible to eat usual food with the obligatory daily use of vegetables and fruit, avoiding high-calorific and harmful products. Within "rigid" weeks it is necessary to follow strictly ordered diet. "Rigid" and "easy" weeks alternate, replacing one another.

  • Eggs;
  • Dairy and fermented milk products of low fat content;
  • Bread with bran and rye;
  • Vegetable oil for seasoning of salads;
  • Green and black tea, black coffee.

What products are prohibited?

  • Sugar and all types of sweets;
  • Rich pastries;
  • Fat, smoked, hot dishes;
  • Fried food (an exception – prepared on a grill);
  • Sweet carbonated drinks.

Example of the menu for 1 day of "rigid" week:

Breakfast

Option 1: a toast from bread with bran, 2-3 fruit.

Option 2: half of a melon of the average size or 1 small melon.

Option 3: the fruit salad filled with yogurt.

Option 4: cucumbers and tomatoes sheep cheese salad.

Option 5: egg, fresh vegetables salad.

Lunch

Option 1: cold meat, green vegetables tomato salad.

Option 2: vegetable soup, fruit salad.

Option 3: fish on a grill, a bread piece, sheet vegetables.

Option 4: piece of cottage cheese, vegetables or fruit salad, piece of rye bread.

Option 5: 2 eggs, chicken or beef-infusion broth, green vegetables salad, tomatoes, bread piece.

Dinner

Option 1: fresh vegetables salad, 2 rye toasts.

Option 2: sheet vegetables salad, fruit.

Option 3: stewed vegetables, yogurt.

Option 4: fruit, vegetables or vegetable salad, glass of kefir.

Option 5: chicken fillet on a grill, green vegetables or salad from them.

Useful tips
