General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: in 1 таб. - extract of a belladonna of 10 mg; salol (salol) of 300 mg.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacological action - spasmolytic, hyposecretory, antiseptic, antiinflammatory.

Pharmacodynamics. Spasmolytic and anti-secretory effects (reduction of secretion gastric, a pancreas, bronchial, salivary, sweat glands and biliation) are caused by m-holinoblokatorami (belladonna extract), antiseptic — phenol (it is released from salol in the alkaline environment of intestines), antiinflammatory — salicylic acid.

Indications to use:

Gastrointestinal diseases (enterita, colitis).

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, according to 1 tab. 2-3 of time a day.

Side effects:

Dryness in a mouth, thirst, a mydriasis, accommodation disturbance.

Contraindications:

Glaucoma, prostate adenoma.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, cool, protected from light place. Period of storage 4 years.
