The reason of emergence of these symptoms is covered in disturbances of passability and blood supply in an ileocecal zone owing to incidental torsions of the ascending large intestine. The analysis of operational and section material allows to reveal in certain cases signs of a fibrous perikolit and nonspecific lymphadenitis in the extended mesentery of this department of intestines (A. I. Parfyonov, 2002).
