Gidroureteronefroz — a megaloureter, a pelvis and cups with gradual depression of function of kidneys and atrophies of a parenchyma. Develops at inborn (the valve or to the ureterotsela) and the acquired obstructions of ureters.

— ureter diverticulum;
— inborn insufficiency of motor function of ureters — a neuromuscular dysplasia of ureters.
Gidrouretronefroz's treatment:
Treatment is surgical, operation consists obstacles, an ureter resection, removal of a kidney and an ureter at a distance.
