Brilliatovy green

General characteristics. Structure:

International and chemical names: brilliant green; encore - (p-dietilamino) - a trifenilangidrokarbinola oxalate; main physical and chemical properties: transparent liquid of intensively green color with an alcohol smell; structure: 1 ml of solution contains diamond green 0,01 g;
excipients: alcohol of ethyl 60%.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. An antiseptic agent for external and topical administration. Has antimicrobic effect, has no irritable effect.
Drug is active rather gram-positive bacteria.

Pharmacokinetics. Drug of local action. Data on absorption in blood and inclusion in metabolic processes of an organism are not revealed.

Indications to use:

Drug is used outwardly at easy pyoinflammatory processes of skin (the pyoderma, a furunculosis, карбункулез, meyboleit, a blepharitis), and also for processing of a surgery field, integuments after operations and injuries.

Route of administration and doses:

Apply on the surface of skin, covering surrounding healthy fabrics at disturbance of its integrity.
At diseases of eyes grease edges a century.

Features of use:

It is not necessary to allow hits of solution on slizity covers as alcohol which contains in means can cause burns, strong irritations.
Activity of drug significantly decreases in the presence of a syrovatka of blood.
There are no data that drug can negatively influence the drivers and people working with the equipment.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions (itch, urticaria). At hit of solution on a mucous membrane of an eye there is a burning, dacryagogue, can cause burns.

Interaction with other medicines:

At simultaneous use with the drugs for external use containing organic compounds the denaturation of proteins, formation of new connections is possible.

Contraindications:

Allergic reactions to drug components. Hypersensitivity to drug components.
