General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents:
bismuth subnitrate                         of 350 mg
rhizomes of an acorus of marsh              25 mg
bark of a buckthorn of olkhovidny             25 mg
magnesium carbonate                            of 400 mg
Natrii hydrocarbonas                    of 200 mg

Pharmacological properties:

The pharmacological action - knitting, antiacid, laxative, spasmolytic.

Indications to use:

Peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, hyperacid gastritis.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, in 1–1,5 h 3 times after food, washing down with a small amount (1/4 glasses) of water on 1–2 table. A course of treatment of 1-2 months (if necessary the course is repeated).

Features of use:

It is inexpedient to appoint the patient with a peptic ulcer in combination with an appendicism, a coloenteritis, cholecystitis and the patient with bent to bleedings.

Side effects:

Coloring a calla in black color.

Interaction with other medicines:

Against the background of reception of m-holinoblokatorov or blockers histamine H2 receptors decrease the need for drug use. Reduces absorption of tetracyclines. In combination with other medicines containing bismuth concentration of bismuth in blood increases.

Contraindications:

Gipoatsidny gastritis.
