General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 60 mg of tincture of propolis, 5 mg of ascorbic acid, 5 mg of dense extract of a sage medicinal.

Excipients: sugar, citric acid, calcium stearate.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Propolis contains the flavonoids, flavones, flavanols derivative of cinnamon acid at the expense of which drug possesses antibacterial, antiinflammatory, soothing, wound healing action.

Ascorbic acid participates in regulation of oxidation-reduction processes, carbohydrate metabolism, coagulability of blood, increases resistance of an organism to infections. Participates in metabolism of phenylalanine, tyrosine, folic acid, utilization of carbohydrates, synthesis of lipids, proteins, a carnitine, immune responses, a serotonin hydroxylation. Has antiagregantny and antioxidant properties. Regulates transport of ions of hydrogen in many biochemical reactions. Maintains colloidal state of intercellular substance and normal permeability of capillaries.

Extract of a sage medicinal contains essential oil, alkaloids, tannic and bitter substances, resinous components. Possesses the antiinflammatory, disinfecting, knitting action.

Indications to use:

— acute and persistent infections of upper respiratory tracts (ORZ, bronchitis, quinsies, ulites, stomatitises);

— ulcers and wounds in an oral cavity;

— unpleasant feelings in a mouth and a throat (dryness and irritation);

— elimination of an unpleasant smell from a mouth.

Route of administration and doses:

The tablet is held in a mouth to a full rassasyvaniye. To children since 6 years on 1 tablet of 3-4 times/days. To adults and children 12 years on 2 tablets of 3-4 times/days are more senior. Course of treatment of 5-7 days.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast. There are no restrictions in use of drug during pregnancy and a lactation.

Use for children. It is contraindicated at children's age up to 6 years. Use is possible at children 6 years according to the dosing mode are more senior.

Special instructions. Influence on ability to driving of motor transport and to control of mechanisms. Does not influence.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite.

Contraindications:

— hypersensitivity to drug components;

— diabetes mellitus;

— children's age up to 6 years.

Overdose:

Symptoms: slight nausea.

Treatment: drug withdrawal.

Storage conditions:

To store drug in the dry, unavailable to children, protected from light place, at a temperature from 15 to 25 °C. A period of storage - 2 years. After a period of validity not to use drug.
