vazodilatiruyushchy means promoting improvement of blood supply of fabrics and bodies. Active ingredient of drug - пентаэритритилатетранитрат.
Pharmacological effect of Aerinite
The peripheral venous vazodilatator possessing anti-anginal action. The principle of effect of Aerinite consists in stimulation of emergence on walls of vessels of nitrogen oxide which is the effective running-down factor. According to the instruction Aerinite promotes reduction of preloading (to reduction of blood inflow to the right auricle and expansion of peripheral veins) and afterloads, rendering coronarodilator effect and reducing the need of a myocardium (cardiac muscle) for oxygen. Effect of Aerinite extends to a blood stream, carrying out its redistribution in areas with the lowered blood supply and reducing pressure in a small circle of blood circulation. Drug recovers a current of blood on small endocardial vessels, and at patients with stenocardia and an ischemic heart disease raises a susceptibility to exercise stresses.
In comparison with nitroglycerine Aerinite, according to reviews to medicine, works more slowly, but has big duration – till 10 o'clock. At Aerinite reception inside the effect is reached in 30-45 minutes.
Indications
Use of Aerinite is carried out at such diseases of cardiovascular system as chronic coronary insufficiency, stenocardia, coronary heart disease, chronic heart failure – as a part of complex therapy.
Contraindications
In the instruction to Aerinite the following contraindications are specified:
- The increased intracranial pressure;
- Hematencephalon;
- The lowered arterial pressure in the expressed look;
- The increased eye pressure (closed-angle form of glaucoma);
- Recently postponed myocardial infarction;
- Hypersensitivity to active ingredient of Aerinite – pentaerythrityl to tetra nitrate.
At pregnancy and in the period of a lactation use of drug is not recommended to be carried out without vital indications to Aerinite.
Side effects
According to reviews to Aerinite use of drug can cause the following side effects:
- Concern, feeling of fatigue, dizziness, headache;
- Dispeptic symptoms: feeling of the crowded stomach, weight in a stomach, vomiting, an eructation;
- In rare instances: orthostatic hypotension (insufficient inflow of blood to a brain at a sharp rising);
- Skin allergic reactions, the increased perspiration.
Dosage of Aerinite and routes of administration
Use of Aerinite 
is carried out, as a rule, inside or under language (sublingual) on 10-20 mg 3-4 times a day. According to special indications to Aerinite-according to by appointment of the doctor dosage of medicine it can be increased twice.

Special instructions
Prolonged use of Aerinite, according to reviews to drug, can cause decrease in therapeutic effect of medicine. Reception of Aerinite of 1 times a day in combination with other means of anti-anginal action reduces risk of emergence of tolerance to medicine.
Due to the slow medical action Aerinite is not applied for the purpose of stopping of attacks of stenocardia.
During treatment by Aerinite alcohol intake is contraindicated.
