Neyrobion

Neyrobion – a complex of vitamins of group B.

Form of release and structure

• Solution for intramuscular introduction: transparent, red color (on 3 ml in ampoules of dark glass, on 3 ampoules in blister strip packagings, in a pack cardboard 1 packaging);
• Tablets, coated: round, convex from two parties, almost white color, shining (on 10 pieces in blisters, in a pack cardboard 2 blisters).

Active ingredients and their content are to 1 ampoule and 1 tablet:

• Thiamin hydrochloride (B1 vitamin): on 100 mg;
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6 vitamin): 100 mg and 200 mg (respectively);
• Cyanocobalamine (B12 vitamin) (respectively): 1 mg and 0,24 mg (including 20% surplus).

Solution excipients: hydroxide sodium solution, benzyl alcohol, potassium cyanide, water for injections.

Excipients of tablets: methyl cellulose, gelatin, starch corn, lactoses monohydrate, magnesium stearate, talc.

Structure of a cover of tablets: methyl cellulose, глицерол 85%, acacia, silicon dioxide colloid, povidone 25, titanium dioxide, kaolin, calcium carbonate, gelatin, wax, sucrose, talc.

Indications to use

Complex therapy of diseases of a nervous system:

• Paresis of a facial nerve;
• Epileptiform neuralgia;
• Sciatica, lumbago;
• The surrounding herpes;
• The pain syndrome caused by backbone diseases, such as a cervical syndrome, a lumbar syndrome, intercostal neuralgia, a syndrome "shoulder brush", and also the radicular syndrome caused by degenerative changes of a backbone.

Contraindications

The main contraindication to Neyrobion's use – hypersensitivity to drug components.

In pediatrics drug is not used.

In the form of tablets means is contraindicated at hereditary intolerance of a galactose or fructose, deficit of lactase, sakharazno-izomaltazny insufficiency, glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption (since sucrose and lactose is a part).

Because of the high content of vitamins Neyrobion is not recommended to apply during pregnancy and a lactation.

Route of administration and dosage

Solution for injections

Enter deeply into a gluteus.

At the expressed pain syndrome treatment begin with a dose 3 ml (1 ampoule) of 1 times a day. After removal of acute symptoms, and also in case of a moderate pain syndrome Neyrobion enter 3 ml 2-3 times a week a course 2-3 weeks.

For prevention, carrying out a maintenance therapy and in case of need continuation of the conducted therapeutic course appoint drug in the form of tablets.

Tablets, coated

Pill is taken inside, swallowing entirely and washing down with water, during food or after meal. Usually appoint on 1 tablet 3 times a day, treatment duration – 1-1,5 months. In case of performing therapy more than 4 weeks dose adjustment is recommended.

Side effects

In tablets Neyrobion is generally had well, side effects are in rare instances noted:

• Immune system: hypersensitivity reactions (the increased perspiration, tachycardia);
• Alimentary system: diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting;
• Allergic reactions: urticaria and itch.

Possible side effects at parenteral use of drug:

• Caused by B1 vitamin: very seldom – perspiration, allergic reactions in the form of rash and an itch, tachycardia, hypersensitivity reactions (the complicated breath, a dieback, an acute anaphylaxis);
• Caused by B12 vitamin: in some cases – urticaria, eczema, an acne.

Special instructions

Solution Neyrobion is forbidden to be entered intravenously.

B12 vitamin can influence a clinical picture and laboratory analyses at pernicious anemia and a funicular myelosis.

B1 vitamin can inactivate other vitamins, especially cyanocobalamine.

In need of performing long treatment by Neyrobion it is regularly necessary to control a condition of the patient since prolonged use (more than 6 months) of B6 vitamin in a daily dose of 50 mg can lead to development of a peripheral touch neuropathy.

Negative impact on the speed of reactions and ability to concentration Neyrobion does not pay attention.

Medicinal interaction

• Antacids: decrease in absorption of thiamin;
• Ftoruratsil: thiamin inactivation;
• Levodopa: decrease in its protivoparkinsonichesky action;
• "Loopback" diuretics (for example, furosemide): strengthening of excretion of thiamin at prolonged use and, as a result, decrease in its concentration in blood;
• Antagonists of a pyridoxine (for example, Penicillaminum, гидралазин, Cycloserinum, isoniazid): increase in need for a pyridoxine;
• Ethanol and black tea: decrease in absorption of thiamin;
• The drinks containing sulfites (including wine): thiamin destruction strengthening.

In the form of solution Neyrobion it is impossible to mix with other drugs in one syringe.

Terms and storage conditions

To store in the dark place unavailable to children. Not to exceed temperature 20 ˚С.

Period of validity – 3 years.
