Pharmacological properties of Sinokrom

This drug concerns to group of the drugs replacing synovial fluid in joints. Inherently it is a hondroprotektor, that is means which greases a joint cartilage, and this most improves mobility, removes feeling of constraint and morbidity in the affected joints during the movement.

Sinokr contains active active ingredient – sodium hyalrunate. It is krupnomolekulyarny polysaccharide, on physical and chemical properties vyazkoelastichny, and the instruction to Sinokry recommends to apply it as an implant to introduction to synovial space of the affected joints.

Drug greases and will amortize the damaged surface of a cartilage, preventing its attrition and thinning, thereby breaking off a pathological chain of development of arthrosis. This medicine improves a condition of tissues of the affected joints, stimulates the cartilaginous tissue to formation of synovial fluid and own hyalrunate, thus recovering the broken balance. Release form

Drug is made in the form of 1% and 2% of solutions, producing them in one-time syringes. As well as analogs Sinokr - depyrogenized, isotonic, sterile solution. For treatment of large joints (knee, coxofemoral) release the 2 ml syringes, in small joints (plusnevy, elbow, facet) there is enough 1 ml of solution therefore it is more favorable and more convenient to use an analog Sinokromom pass. There is a form of the prolonged action with a prefix "forte", in case of its use on a course there is enough 3 such injections. The needle for an injection is not included in the package.

Indications to Sinokrom's use

Sinokr according to the instruction use at degenerative and dystrophic and posttraumatic damages of joints (arthroses, that is diseases of noninflammatory character), in case of restriction of mobility in joints and the accompanying pain syndrome. It is capable to replace temporarily joint liquid, for example, before operation on prosthetics, improving quality of life of the patient during expectation. Sinokr has good responses also at treatment of patients who lead active lifestyle and therefore they regularly overload a sore joint.

Contraindications to Sinokrom's use

It is impossible to apply this medicine in cases of infectious damages of joints, at intolerance of components of drug. Also pregnant women and persons have no reviews of Sinokrom aged up to 18 years, in this case the advantage of use has to correspond to possible risk from side effects. Sinokr according to the instruction does not exert the general impact on an organism, and works only locally, in the joint.

Application instruction of Sinokrom

This drug, as well as other analogs of Sinokrom, the trained and certified specialist and only in the recommendation of the attending physician as it is necessary to administer the drug directly in a joint crack should enter only. And though there is no need for hospitalization when carrying out a course of treatment, it is all the same necessary to do injections in medical institution, for example, out-patient type. It is necessary to create asepsis conditions for manipulation and to exclude a possibility of entering in an infection joint. Also there can be a need of medicine back from a joint in case of the expressed pain at a distance.

Depending on the size of a joint enter 1 or 2 ml of solution once a week from 3 to 5 weeks in a row. The maximum quantity of injections on a course – 5, minimum – 3. According to reviews Sinokr after the third injection renders the expressed effect, but its positive influence continues up to 6 months after a course of treatment. It is at the same time possible to do injections in several joints. According to the decision of the attending physician repetition of a course not earlier than in 1 month is possible. Side effects

During treatment by Sinokrom such symptoms in an injection site as morbidity, reddening, puffiness, feeling of heat are according to reviews occasionally possible. To prevent their emergence, after an injection it is desirable to put to an injection site ice for 5 – 10 minutes. If introduction is accompanied by the expressed pain, medicinal solution needs to be removed from a joint crack.
