Actinium

Actinium (Actiniaria; Greek aktinos, aktis – a beam; synonym: sea anemones) – group of backboneless animals of a class of coral polyps. Aktiniya combine svobodnopodvizhny single besskeletny polyps. In case of contact with skin of the person they can cause the burns which are followed by intoxication phenomena; at systematic burns development of dermatitis, and sometimes – a necrosis of sites of skin is possible.
