Barani index test

Barani index test (R. Barany, 1876-1936, Hungarian otorhinolaryngologist; Xing: Barani test of a promakhivaniye, reaction of a promakhivaniye, a finger-finger test) – a way of studying of function of a vestibular analyzer at which inspected it is offered to get an index finger (with open, and then blindly) in a finger of an outstretched arm of the doctor; missing in the purpose indicates by two hands (towards a slow component of a nystagmus) dysfunctions of a labyrinth; the promakhivaniye only one hand most often testifies to cerebellum diseases.
