Bennett change

Bennett a change (E. N. of Bennett, the Irish surgeon, 1837-1907) – an intra joint change of the basis of the I metacarpal bone at which the central fragment of triangular shape, and an incomplete dislocation in back and beam side of a body of a metacarpal bone is formed.
