Wander abscess

Wander abscess (V. S. of Brodie, the English surgeon, 1783-1862; lat. abscessus – an abscess, abscess) – the chronic osteomyelitis caused by low-virulent strains of stafilokokk at which course in spongy substance of a long tubular bone the small, well delimited purulent cavity forms.
