Gakkera-Lenevich operation

Gakkera-Lenevich operation (Austrian surgeon of V. R. Hacker, 1852-1933; the Soviet surgeon L. F. Lenevich) – surgery on closing of intestinal fistula with crossing of a gut from two parties from it, imposing of an anastomosis between taking-away and bringing ends and a reversing outside through a fistular opening of the dissected-away gut loop with its further removal.
