Gamperlya method

Gamperlya a method (N. of Hamperl, the German pathologist, 1899-1976) – a way of detection of granules in the main (zimogenny) cells of glands of a mucous membrane of a stomach which is based on coloring of tissue specimens methylene violet, leading to coloring of granules in dark-violet color.
