Hemisystole

Hemisystole (hemisystolia; Greek hemi-– a floor - unilateral, half + Greek systole – tightening, reduction; synonym: interventricular dissociation) – the disturbance of a cordial rhythm proceeding in the form of periodic reduction only left (or only right) departments of heart, or in certain cases in the form of the arranged alternation of reductions of the left and right departments.
