Hepatonephromegaly glikogenovy (hepatonephromegalia glycogenica; Greek hzpar, hzpatos – a liver + Greek nephros – a kidney + megas, megalu – big) – increase in the sizes of kidneys, along with increase in the sizes of a liver, as a result of accumulation in them of a glycogen, occurring against the background of a glycogenosis of the I type.
