Vasilenko symptom

Vasilenko symptom (V. of X. Vasilenko, Soviet therapist, 1897-1987):

  1. Emergence at pain breath height at effleurage (stroking) in the field of a projection of a gall bladder on a lobby of an abdominal wall, is a sign of a cholelithiasis, cholecystitis;
  2. Emergence when carrying out a palpation of epigastriß area of capotement against the background of a pyloric stenosis.
