Veylya-Felix reaction

Veylya-Felix reaction (outdated; E. Weil, Austrian microbiologist of 1880-1922; A. Felix, the Czech bacteriologist, 1887-1956) – the way of diagnosis of a sapropyra, and also some other types of rickettsioses which is based on agglutination tests (settling out) of serum of the patient with diagnosticums from strains a protea of OXK, OX2 or OX19.
