Vergeffa method

Vergeffa method (F. N of Verhoeff, the American ophthalmologist, 1874-1968) – a way at which anatomic drug of a denucleated eyeglobe by means of its fixing in mix of picric acid, alcohol and formalin with further filling in photoxylin is made; thanks to Vergeff's use of a method the natural form of an eyeglobe remains.
