Vinogradova-Dyurozye double noise

Vinogradova-Dyurozye double noise (V. N. Vinogradov, Soviet therapist, 1882-1964; P. L. Duroziez, French doctor, 1826-1897; synonym: Dyurozye double noise) – a combination of the diastolic and systolic vascular noise found when pressing by a stethoscope head on a zone of a projection of a carotid artery; appears at aortal insufficiency as a result of forward and returnable movement of blood on large arteries.
