Volkova disease (M. V. Volkov, Soviet traumatologist-orthopedist, 1923-2003; synonym: a chondrodystrophia the joint deforming multiple) – the pathology of development of a joint cartilage which is characterized by its excess growth, deformation of joints, giantism of one or several extremities.
