Lung gate [hilus pulmonis – BNA (The anatomic nomenclature Basel), PNA (The anatomic nomenclature Parisian), JNA (The anatomic nomenclature Yenskaya)] – a zone of a medial surface of a lung through which vessels, nerves and a primary bronchus (bronchial tubes) lie.
