Porridge from pumpkin
Ingredients:

  • The pumpkin (200 g) cleared of a thin skin and cut in cubes;
  • Rice, millet or grits (1 tablespoon).

Pumpkin is stewed in water on small fire within 30 minutes, add grain and extinguished 30 more minutes. It is possible to add some salt to ready porridge slightly.

Pumpkin cream soup
Ingredients:

  • The pumpkin (200 g) peeled and cut by bars;
  • The peeled and cut potatoes (200 g);
  • Milk (1 l);
  • It is a little croutons.

Vegetables and crackers are cooked in a small amount of water to readiness. Then wipe through a colander and cook in milk of 5 more minutes, add a little salt.

Pumpkin and dried apricots casserole
Ingredients:

  • The pumpkin (150 g) peeled and cut by bars;
  • The crushed dried apricots (150 g);
  • Milk (50 ml);
  • Flour (5 g);
  • The crushed rye crackers.

Pumpkin pieces are slightly fried in vegetable oil, and together with dried apricots placed in a deep form, add milk and flour, from above strewed with rye crispbread. Bake in an oven to readiness.

Pancakes from pumpkin
Ingredients:

  • The pumpkin peeled and cut in small cubes;
  • Milk;
  • One egg;
  • Flour.

Pumpkin is boiled and wiped through a small sieve, add warm milk, egg, flour and slightly salts, kneaded. Fry without oil.

The stuffed pumpkin
Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin of the small size;
  • Paprika;
  • Vegetable marrow;
  • Tomatoes;
  • Onions;
  • Garlic;
  • Low-fat firm cheese.

Pumpkin is cut on two parts, cleared of seeds and filled with small cut vegetables. From above strew with grated cheese then bake in an oven to readiness.

Soup on chicken broth with pumpkin
Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet;
  • Pumpkin;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 potato.

Boil chicken breast, then small cut it and again add to broth. There throw small cut pumpkin, carrots and potatoes. Cook to readiness, then fill with the cut greens and salt a little.

Pumpkin in a pot
Ingredients:

  • The pumpkin peeled and cut by small pieces;
  • Vanillin;
  • Cream.

Pieces of pumpkin strew with vanillin and leave for 15 minutes. After that stack pumpkin in a pot, water with cream and bake in an oven to readiness. Use the baked chilled pumpkin.

Ossetian pumpkin pie (насджин)
Ingredients:

  • The pumpkin (200 g) peeled and grated on an average grater;
  • Grated cheese (60 g);
  • Fresh dough.

Bake pie, using pumpkin mix with cheese as a stuffing. Add a little salt to a stuffing.

The pumpkin diet is expected 14 days, the menu repeats each four days, that is the menu 5, 9, 13 of days corresponds to the menu of 1 day, the menu 6, 10. 14 days – to the menu are 2 days and so on.

Upon termination of a diet it is necessary to leave it smoothly, keeping a part of restrictions, otherwise the lost kilograms will return very quickly.

The menu of the Pumpkin diet for 4 days:

First day

Breakfast: 250 g of porridge from pumpkin, 150 g of salad from a pear and pumpkin.

Lunch: 300 ml of cream soup from pumpkin.

Dinner: 250 g of baked pudding from pumpkin and dried apricots.

Second day

Breakfast: 4 pancakes from pumpkin.

Lunch: 300 g of the stuffed pumpkin.

Dinner: 250 g of pumpkin, apples, pineapples baked with prunes.

Third day

Breakfast: 250 g of salad from pumpkin and apples with addition of ground nuts and the lemon filled with juice.

Lunch: 300 ml of soup on chicken broth with pumpkin.

Dinner: 250 g of pumpkin in a pot.

Fourth day

Breakfast: 250 g of pumpkin porridge.

Lunch: 250 g of a nasdzhin.

Dinner: 250 g of salad from pumpkin and apples with addition of cinnamon and lemon juice.

Useful tips

Council 1: The pumpkin has more saturated color, the more it contains useful substances therefore for a diet it is worth choosing fruits with bright orange pulp.

Council 2: Having a snack is undesirable, but if strong hunger torments, it is possible to eat several slices of crude pumpkin, either any crude vegetable or unsweetened fruit.
