Voskopran

Voskopran – sterile dressing means on the basis of beeswax.

Pharmacological action

Dressing means, ready to use, Voskopran with beeswax are developed taking into account modern approach to treatment of wounds depending on a look, and also a stage of a wound process:

• In a cleaning phase the bandage promotes operation of physiological mechanisms of cleaning;
• – stimulates angiogenesis and filling with collagenic fibers of defect in a granulation phase;
• In an epithelization phase – accelerates cellular division.

Thanks to the beeswax containing a large amount of amino acids, processes of healing proceed much more intensively, and the bandage Voskopran at all stages of a wound process does not stick to a wound. After clarification wax promotes bystry formation of an epithelium.

Also dressing means Voskopran:

• Provide free gas exchange, necessary for regeneration, in a wound;
• Quickly clear a wound of the purulent or mixed exudate;
• Effectively protect from further infection, drying and loss of physiological liquids, and also from friction, mechanical influences, pollution and blow.

In addition Voskopran according to reviews are well modelled on a wound that provides an atravmatichnost of bandagings.

Release form

Voskopran is a part of a wound covering of bandages (napkins) beeswax (96,9%), and also propolis and vitamin E. Gauze bandages release 6 sizes: 7,5kh10sm, 5kh7,5sm, 10kh15sm, 10х50 cm, 10kh10sm and 10kh200sm, each of which is protected from two parties by polypropylene films.

Indications to Voskopran's use

Napkins Voskopran apply:

• For first aid at burns and injuries;
• For treatment of the granulating wounds.

Depending on a wound process it is possible to apply one of four types of bandages:

• Bandage Voskopran without ointments applied to treatment of tidy wounds or wounds in a granulation stage including frostbites, burns, trophic ulcers. Also this type of a bandage can be combined if necessary with any ointment that provides its penetration into deep layers of the injured skin;
• Antiinflammatory bandage with ointment Levomekol for treatment of the trophic ulcers infected and purulent wounds, decubituses, frostbites, an intertrigo, pyoinflammatory diseases of skin, corrosive, thermal, radiation burns of the I-III St. This type of a bandage Voskopran provides at the same time antimicrobic and antiinflammatory action;
• The bandage with ointment of 5% of a dioxidin providing permanent antimicrobic protection is applied to treatment deep and superficial infected, purulent and is long not healing wounds;
• The bandage Voskopran with ointment of 10% metiluratsilovy, stimulating regeneration process, is used for the fastest healing of the pure, granulating and vyalozazhivayushchy wounds, including burns, dermatitis, postoperative seams, furuncles and photodermatoses.

Contraindications

It is contraindicated to apply napkins Voskopran at individual sensitivity to covering components, especially to beekeeping products. Bandages with a dioxidin should not be applied to the feeding women and at pregnancy, and also at insufficient function of adrenal glands.

Voskopran route of administration

The napkin Voskopran after opening is imposed so that she supported edges of a wound surface on 0,5 cm. The second blanket is removed in a few minutes after imposing.

In the absence of the inflammatory centers it is possible to leave a bandage before full healing. According to Voskopran after a wound repair naturally departs from her, without leaving hems.

Side effects of Voskopran

At use of napkins Voskopran side effects are not recorded.

Storage conditions

Voskopran is released without recipe, a period of storage of bandages – 18 months.
