Pharmacological properties:
The combined drug the containing complex of vitamins and mineral substances.
Insufficient security with vitamins and minerals of pregnant women and the feeding women causes damage to health of mother and child, is one of the reasons of prematurity, inborn defects, disturbances of physical and intellectual development of children.
Reception of multivitamins B the period of conception lowers risk of serious inborn defects, premature births and low weight at the birth for 50% and improves maternal health during pregnancy. Polyvitamins and a complex of mineral substances increase activity of immune responses and exchange processes.
Group B vitamins (folic acid, B6 and B12 vitamin) influence level гомоцистеин in blood - risk factor of development of vascular diseases and complications of pregnancy (a gestosis, a small-for-date fetus, defect of a neurotubule at a fruit). Additional intake of these vitamins leads to decrease and normalization of level of a gomotsistein in blood.
Deficit of folic acid at pregnant women is a starting factor for development of not incubation, partial or full placental detachment, spontaneous abortion or a still birth, increases risk of development in a fruit of inborn defects, in particular defects of a neurotubule, hydrocephaly, an anencephalia, brain hernias.
The optimum amount of iodine during pregnancy is necessary for formation of nervous, immune and reproductive systems of a fruit, and also for maintenance of hormonal balance. Iodine is especially important in I and II trimesters of pregnancy – the period of formation of bodies and systems of a fruit, including a thyroid gland.
Zinc is necessary for normal formation of a skeleton of a fruit, influences synthesis of sex hormones, is responsible for a functional condition of the insulyarny device, reduces probability of a number of pre-natal anomalies.
Selenium thanks to antioxidant properties, has protective action on immune system, preventing education of free radicals who have the damaging effect on an organism.
Indications to use:
— period of preparation for pregnancy;
— prevention and treatment of a vitamin deficiency and mineral substances at women during pregnancy and breastfeeding;
— prevention of the inborn malformations of a fruit caused by a vitamin deficiency and mineral substances.
Route of administration and doses:
On 1 tablets/days. To accept along with meal or right after it.
Features of use:
During reception Multi-tabs Perinatal is not recommended reception of other polyvitaminic drugs for the purpose of prevention of overdose. It is not necessary to exceed the specified day dose.
