Description:
Erythremic myelosis (synonym: the erythroleukosis, Di Guglielmo's disease) is one of forms of an acute leukosis, characterized by existence in blood of a large number of nuclear erythrocytes — eritro-and normoblasts.
Eritroleykoz's symptoms:
Most often the disease proceeds as an acute leukosis with high temperature, anemia and the phenomena of hemorrhagic diathesis; the skin subikterichnost caused by hemolysis of erythrocytes is quite often noted. The hyperadenosis, a liver and a spleen is in certain cases observed. More rare temperature happens subfebrile, the disease begins gradually and proceeds is long.
Eritroleykoz's reasons:
Etiological factors of an erythroleukosis are similar to those at an acute leukosis.
Eritroleykoz's treatment:
Treatment of patients with an erythremic myelosis same, as at acute leukoses, in particular Purinetholum, hormonal drugs (corticosteroids) and transfusions of eritrotsitny weight.
