Description:
Crocq's disease (other - Greek an extremity + other - Greek dark blue + - Usis) — the cyanotic coloring of skin connected with insufficient blood supply of small capillaries.
Crocq's disease symptoms:
At circulatory disturbances cyanosis is expressed on the body parts, most remote from heart: fingers of hands and legs, nose tip, lips, auricles. Degree of manifestation is very variable — from scarcely noticeable cyanosis before dark blue coloring of skin.
Crocq's disease reasons:
The Crocq's disease, most often, is one of displays of chronic heart failure. Besides, cyanosis can be shown at poisoning with the poisons or medicines promoting formation of a methemoglobin or sulfagemoglobin. The most expressed cyanosis is observed at patients with heart diseases in the presence of the arteriovenous shunt (defect of an interventricular partition and others).
Emergence of a Crocq's disease is connected with increase in content in blue blood of the recovered hemoglobin as a result of the increased oxygen utilization by peripheral fabrics and/or delay of linear speed of a blood-groove. In more expressed cases cyanosis gains widespread character — the central cyanosis which reason the air hunger connected with insufficient extent of oxygenation of blood in a small circle of blood circulation.
Treatment of the Crocq's disease:
Treatment of the main pathology against the background of which there was a Crocq's disease is carried out.
