General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 100 PIECES or 200 PIECES of Immunomaks.

Иммуномакс® - an injection immunomodulator for broad use in various fields of medicine, one of the most effective activators of immunity.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Immunomax. strengthens a host defense from viral and bacterial infections. Immunofar-makologichesky mechanisms of effect of drug consist in what Immunomax. activates the following links of immune system:

• NK cells which in 2-3 hours after Immunomaks's influence strenuously express molecules of activation CD69. Cytolytic activity of NK cells increases by 3 times;
• the circulating monocytes in 2-4 hours after activation by Immunomaks begin to cosecrete cytokines: interleykin-8, interleykin-1beta and factor of a necrosis of tumors alpha;
• neutrocytes are activated at means of monocytes, drug has no direct effect on neutrocytes. Cosecreted by monocytes interleykin-8 causes activation of neutrocytes which clearly is shown in 24 hours after influence by Immunomaks;
• fabric macrophages that is shown in change of morphology of these cells, strengthening of products of bactericidal substances, activity change 5 nucleotidases;
• antibody formation against alien antigens, soluble and corpuscular.

Immunomax. strengthens protection against the infections caused by viruses (a virus of papilloma of the person, a herpes simplex virus, a parvovirus, a virus of plague carnivorous, etc.) or bacteria (colibacillus, a salmonella, staphylococcus, a chlamydia, a mycoplasma, an ureaplasma, etc.). This effect of drug is shown at adults and newborns at Immunomaks's introduction in various ways: intramusculary, intravenously, intraperitoneally, per os.

Pharmacokinetics. The pharmacokinetics of drug was not studied in connection with its peptidoglikanovy nature and very small operating doses.

Indications to use:

- for correction of the weakened immunity;

- for treatment of the morbid conditions (a condyloma, a wart, a dysplasia, etc.) caused by a virus of papilloma of the person;

- for treatment of the infections caused by a herpes simplex virus, a chlamydia, a mycoplasma, an ureaplasma, other bacteria and viruses.

Route of administration and doses:

The recommended dose for adults and children of 12 years is also more senior makes 100-200 PIECES intramusculary, once a day. Before the use contents of a bottle (ampoule) are dissolved in 1 ml of water for injections, enter intramusculary 100-200 PIECES depending on disease severity. Features of use:

Pregnancy and feeding by a breast. There are no data on Immunomaks's impact on pregnant women. As well as in case of other medicines, Immunomax. it is not necessary to apply during pregnancy if only the advantages got by the patient do not exceed possible risk for a fruit. Immunomax. it is not recommended for reception by nursing mothers.
