Диалакт

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: not less than 5·108, WHICH lactobacilli.

The live lactobacilli having antagonistic activity of a broad spectrum of activity against pathogenic and uslovnopatogenny microorganisms.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The therapeutic effect of Dialakt is defined by the live lactobacilli who are contained in it having antagonistic activity of a broad spectrum of activity against pathogenic and uslovnopatogenny microorganisms. Диалакт has the normalizing effect on digestive tract, improves exchange processes, interferes with development of long intestinal dysfunctions, increases nonspecific resistance of an organism.

Indications to use:

Диалакт it is applied to treatment of the gastrointestinal diseases caused by the microorganisms breaking normal intestinal microflora:

- in complex treatment of children, including newborn, premature, sick with pneumonia, sepsis, etc. it is purulent - infectious diseases for prevention and stopping of disorders of functions of intestines at them and prevention of development of an ulcer and necrotic coloenteritis;

- at acute intestinal infections (in complex treatment of acute dysentery, salmonellosis, esherikhioz, viral diarrheas, etc.), at long intestinal dysfunctions of a staphylococcal etiology, and also for treatment of convalescents after acute intestinal infections at the proceeding intestines dysfunction;

- it is shown to the children who were born prematurely or with prematurity signs, receiving antibiotics in the early neonatal period; to children whose mothers had heavy toxicoses, extragenital diseases had the long anhydrous period or other pathology; to children of mothers having лактостаз, nipple cracks and resuming feeding by a breast after recovery from mastitis; to the weakened children with anemia, a hypotrophy, rickets, diathesis and other displays of allergies; at a disease of whooping cough, especially in the presence at them other disorders of functions of intestines;

- at disturbance of purity of a vaginal secret of the III-IV degree of group of "risk"; at the bacterial colpitises caused by staphylococcus and colibacillus (in monoflora or associations), and also at colpitises of the hormonal nature;

- at organism intoxications;

- at food poisonings.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug doses and frequency rate of their introduction depend on indications for use.

Диалакт apply at intestinal diseases orally, and in obstetric and gynecologic practice - intravaginalno. Bottle contents (5 doses) are dissolved boiled water of room temperature when stirring at the rate of 1 teaspoon on   1 drug dose.

The necessary quantity of doses (according to teaspoons) is drunk in 20-30 minutes prior to food. Babies can give medicine just before feeding or during feeding.

At intestinal diseases:

- the newborn of group of "risk" from first days of life appoint 1 - 2 dose to reception       3 times a day;

- to children of the first half of the year of life - on 3 doses on reception 3 times a day;

- to children of the second half of the year is also more senior - on 5 doses 2-3 times a day;

- to children at sepsis, pneumonia and others it is purulent - infectious diseases - on 2-3 doses   3 times a day in a complex with the standard methods of treatment of a basic disease. At emergence at this group of children of disturbances of functions of digestive tract and threat of an ulcer and necrotic coloenteritis frequency rate of introduction of Dialakt is increased to 10 times a day;

- the adult at acute chronic inflammatory diseases of a small and large intestine, colitis and coloenterites about 5 doses 2-3 times a day are recommended to accept. Duration of a course of treatment Dialakt is defined by weight of clinical manifestations, age of the patient and makes 2-4 weeks, and in some cases - up to 3 months. With the preventive purpose appoint 5 doses 1-2 times a day within 1-2 weeks.

In obstetric and gynecologic practice:

- for processing of area of a nipple and an areola of women in childbirth of Dialakt put
sterile tampon in 20-30 minutes before feeding on 2 - 2,5 doses within 5 days. The tampon impregnated with medicine is left on the surface of a mammary gland prior to feeding;

- for intravaginalny introduction of Dialakt dissolve in the above-stated way. Impregnate with the received solution of medicine a sterile tampon which is entered intravaginalno and leave for 2-3 hours.

At inflammatory diseases of female genitalias and prenatal training of pregnant women of group of "risk" of Dialakt appoint within 5-8 days under control of recovery of purity of a vaginal secret to the I-II degree and disappearance of clinical symptoms of an inflammation once a day. If necessary the course of treatment Dialaktom can be repeated.

Features of use:

Dissolution of medicine in hot water and its storage in the dissolved look is inadmissible.

It is not necessary to accept medicine at hypersensitivity (allergy) to dairy products.

Interaction with other medicines:

Medicinal interaction of Dialakt is not described.

Hypersensitivity, candidiasis.

Storage conditions:
