General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: dry hydroxide of aluminum - 250 mg, magnesium hydroxide - 250 mg, симетикон - 40 mg, glycyrrhizas of roots extract deglitsirrizinirovanny dry in in terms of dry matter – 400 mg

Auxiliary ingredients: sucrose, sodium saccharinate, methylparahydroxybenzoate (methylparaben), пропилпарагидроксибензоат (propylparaben), magnesium stearate, cocoa beans, talc, starch corn, povidon-K3O, anise of seeds oil, peppermint of leaves oil.

Pharmacological properties:

Antiacid drug with the component reducing a meteorism. Neutralizes free hydrochloric acid that leads to reduction of the digesting activity of a gastric juice. Does not cause secondary hypersecretion of a gastric juice. Has the adsorbing and enveloping effect, reducing influence of disturbing factors on a mucous membrane. Simetikon who is a part of drug reduces gas generation in intestines. Glycyrrhizas of roots extract deglitsirrizinirovanny strengthens protective action of a mucous membrane of a stomach, promoting regeneration of mucous cells, improving quality and amount of slime, and also has spasmolytic effect. Drug accelerates healing of stomach ulcers and a duodenum.

Pharmacokinetics. Absorption is low.

Indications to use:

- a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum in an aggravation phase;
- acute gastritis;
- chronic gastritis;
- gastroduodenit with the normal or increased secretory function in an aggravation phase;
- hernia of an esophageal opening of a diaphragm, reflux esophagitis;
- prevention and treatment of the dispeptic phenomena resulting from use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticosteroids;
- discomfort or pains in epigastriums, the dispeptic phenomena (heartburn, an acid eructation) arising after errors in a diet, the excess use of coffee, alcohol, nicotine.

Route of administration and doses:

The tablet should be chewed and washed down with water.
To adults and children is more senior than 15-year age appoint 1 or 2 tablets 3-4 times a day daily after food or as required.
To children from 10 to 15 years appoint a half of the recommended dose for adults.
Course of treatment according to appointment of the doctor.

Features of use:

The interval between Reltser's reception and other medicines has to make 1 - 2 hour.
At prolonged use (more than 14 days) regular medical control is necessary.

Side effects:

Lock, nausea, vomiting, stomach spasms, change of flavoring feelings, gipermagniyemiya, hypophosphatemia, hypocalcemia, hypercalcemia, osteomalacy, osteoporosis, giperalyuminiyemiya, encephalopathy, nephrocalcinosis, renal failure, allergic reactions.
