General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 0,5 g of methyluracil.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Has antiinflammatory effect. Normalizes nucleinic exchange, accelerates processes of cellular regeneration in wounds, accelerates growth and granulyatsionny maturing of fabric and epithelization.

Pharmacokinetics At topical administration absorption low.

Indications to use:

Proctitis, sigmoiditis, ulcer colitis.

Route of administration and doses:

Rektalno. Adults: on 1-2 candle (500-1000 mg) 3-4 times a day. Children: from 3 to 8 years – on ½ candles (250 mg), 8-15 years – on 1 candle (500 mg) a day.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and a lactation. Use during the periods of pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible if the advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit or the child.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, short-term easy burning.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, leukosis (leukemic forms), лимфогрануломатоз, hemoblastoses malignant diseases of marrow, children's age (up to 3 years).
