Indinol

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 100 mg high cleaning indole-3-carbinol.

Anti-oestrogenic and antineoplastic phytodrug. Normalizes metabolism of estrogen in an organism and development is interfered by estrogen - dependent diseases. Exerts positive impact at the frustration caused by a hyperestrogenemia. It is effective at estrogen - dependent tumors of an epithelial origin. It is effective at the diseases associated with a virus of papilloma of the person. It is applied in complex treatment: at a mastopathy, endometriosis, a hysteromyoma, cysts of ovaries, a premenstrual syndrome, a papillomatosis of bodies of a female reproductive system, a dysplasia and cancer of a neck of uterus, ovarian cancer, a breast cancer.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Indinol - the anti-oestrogenic and antineoplastic phytodrug received from plants of family of a cruciferae family. Indinol contains high cleaning indole-3-carbinol which normalizes metabolism of estrogen in an organism and interferes with development estrogen - dependent diseases.

Indinol has the expressed anti-oestrogenic activity. Normalizes metabolism of female sex hormone of oestradiol and inhibits synthesis 16 hydroxyestrones, having the expressed cancerogenic properties. Reduces the number of estrogenic receptors in target tissues. Exerts positive impact at the functional frustration caused by a hyperestrogenemia.

Indinol is effective at tumors of an epithelial origin of female reproductive system. Exerts positive impact on the hyperplastic processes in bodies of female reproductive system caused by disturbances in regulation of cellular division. Estrogen - dependent tumors of female reproductive system suppresses growth. Induces selective apoptosis of tumor cells. Neutralizes action of growth factors of the tumors of mammary glands stimulating development.

Indinol is also means, effective concerning the diseases associated with a virus of papilloma of the person. Blocks synthesis E7 onkobelka in the epithelial cells infected with a virus of papilloma of the person and, thus, slows down processes of a malignancy.

Indications to use:

Indinol is applied in combination with traditional methods of treatment (including himio-and radiation therapy, surgical methods, immunomodulators, etc.) at diseases of female reproductive system which development is the cornerstone processes of pathological cellular proliferation. Indinol can be applied at women to prevention of hormonal frustration and hormonedependent diseases, including oncological:

- mastopathy;

- endometriosis, adenomyosis;

- myoma (fibromyoma) of a uterus;

- cyst of ovaries;

- dysplasia and cancer of a neck of uterus;

- premenstrual syndrome;

- ovarian cancer;

- breast cancer.

- papillomatosis of bodies of a female reproductive system, human papillomavirus infection (papillomas, sharp-pointed condylomas, respiratory papillomatosis).

Route of administration and doses:

Indinol appoint inside to or during food 400 mg (2 capsules 2 times a day) daily within 3-6 months.

At a mastopathy Indinol is accepted on 2 capsules 2 times a day within 6 months, for the purpose of prevention - on 2 capsules 2 times a day within 3 months.

At endometriosis and a hysteromyoma Indinol is applied in combination with Epigallat on 2 capsules of Indinol and 2 capsules of Epigallat 2 times a day within 6 months; for the purpose of prevention of a recurrence on 2 capsules of Indinol and 2 capsules of Epigallat 2 times a day within 3 months.

At all forms of a human papillomavirus infection Indinol in a complex with immunomodulatory or antiviral drugs use 2 capsules 2 times a day within 6 months.

Features of use:

Before drug use Indinol it is necessary to consult with the doctor! For achievement of maximum efficiency of therapy of such diseases as a hysteromyoma, endometriosis and a hyperplasia of an endometria, Indinol® is recommended to accept together with Epigallat.

Side effects:

Reactions of individual intolerance are possible.

Contraindications:

- individual intolerance (including hypersensitivity in the anamnesis) Indinol's components;

- it is not recommended to the persons accepting drugs which reduce acidity of a gastric juice;

- it is strictly contraindicated at pregnancy and a lactation.

To store in the dry place at the room temperature. Period of validity 2 years.
