Lactonorms

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: live acidophilic lactobacilli - not less than 108, WHICH.

Excipients: magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate.

Structure of a cover of the capsule: gelatin.

Pharmacological properties:

The acidophilic lactobacilli of strains of NK1, NK2, NK5, NK12 who are a part of drug Laktonorm treat representatives of normal microflora of the person. Lactobacilli normalize, support and regulate physiological balance of microflora of a vagina.

Indications to use:

Treatment and prevention of vaginal disbioz.
Complex treatment:

- acute, subacute, chronic vulvit and vaginit,
- post-menopausal atrophic vaginitis,
- a bacterial vaginosis after performing antibacterial therapy.

Prevention of postoperative infectious complications, disbiotichesky changes of an urogenital path against the background of antibacterial therapy.
Preparation for carrying out planned gynecologic operations and prenatal training of the pregnant women entering into risk group concerning inflammatory diseases.

Route of administration and doses:

With the medical purpose: 1 vaginal capsule 2 times a day (in the morning and in the evening) within 7 days. In case of need the course of treatment can be prolonged.
With the preventive purpose: 1 vaginal capsule once a day for the night within 7-14 days.

Treatment and/or prevention should be carried out right after periods.
Instructions on use:
Introduction of vaginal capsules without applicator.
Carefully wash hands with soap.
In a dorsal decubitus enter the vaginal capsule a finger as it is possible more deeply in a vagina.
Introduction of vaginal capsules by means of the applicator.

The vaginal capsule is placed in an applicator opening, slightly delaying the piston to fix the capsule. In a dorsal decubitus, enter the applicator the front end with the capsule into a vagina as it is possible more deeply, without causing at the same time unpleasant feelings. Slowly press the piston against the stop for a capsule exit. Carefully take the applicator and disassemble it, having extended the piston. Wash out the piston and the internal surface of the applicator warm water with soap. Rinse with boiled water and dry in unassembled form at the room temperature. Before use assemble the applicator, inserting the piston into narrower part of a tube of the applicator.

Features of use:

Pregnancy and lactation
Drug can be used during pregnancy and a lactation. Use of the applicator during pregnancy is not recommended.

Use for patients aged up to 18 years is defined by the doctor with the nature of a disease and specific biological features.

Side effects:

At use in the recommended doses side effects are not found. Emergence of allergic reactions is in rare instances possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Lactonorms it can be used in combination with other medicines. Drug use perhaps after local administration of antibacterial drugs and/or antiseptic agents.

Contraindications:

Vulvovaginal candidiasis.

Storage conditions and transportations
According to the joint venture 3.3.2.1248-03 at a temperature not above 10 °C.
