Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Suppositories Hinofutsin-LH possess antimicrobic action of rather gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (Streptococcus pyogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris, Corinebacterium diphtheriae, Salmonella spp., Escherichia coli), and also some protozoa (Entamoeba histolitica, Trichomonas vaginalis, Lamblia intestinalis). Drug has moderate giperosmolyarny activity owing to which it absorbs vulval allocations.

Indications to use:

Treatment of colpitises and vulvovaginitis of a fungal and nonspecific bacterial etiology.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is used by adult women vaginalno on 1 suppository within 20 days or on 1 suppository 2 times a day within 10 days. Before use suppository needs to be moistened with water. Therapy should be begun at the beginning of a menstrual cycle.

Features of use:

Thanks to a wide range of antimicrobic action apply at the mixed bacterial and fungal infection, especially in an initial stage of treatment (before identification of infestants). It is desirable to avoid syringings during use of suppositories. At vulvovaginal candidiasis treatment needs to be carried out in a complex with oral administration of tablets of nystatin for elimination of the centers of a candidosis infection in digestive tract.
