General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 3,2-4,8 mg of a summer cypress of ordinary (Agnus castus) of fruits of extract of dry, corresponding 40 mg of medicinal vegetable raw materials.

Excipients: povidone, silicon dioxide colloid, potato starch, lactoses monohydrate, cellulose microcrystallic, magnesium stearate.

Structure of a cover: talc, titanium dioxide (IV) (E171), ferrous oxide yellow (Е 172), indigotin (Е 132), macrogoal 6000, emetakrilovy and etakrilovy acids copolymer.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Components of drug have the normalizing effect on concentration of sex hormones.

The main active component of drug is the summer cypress ordinary. Dofaminergichesky effects of drug, causing decrease in products of prolactin, eliminate a giperprolaktinemiya. The increased concentration of prolactin breaks secretion of gonadotrophins, therefore there can be disturbances of maturing of follicles, ovulations and formations of a yellow body that conducts further to an imbalance between oestradiol and progesterone and can cause disturbances of a menstrual cycle, and also a mastodynia. Unlike estrogen and other hormones, prolactin has also direct promoting effect on proliferative processes in mammary glands, strengthening formation of connecting fabric and causing expansion of milk channels.

Decrease in content of prolactin leads to involution of pathological processes in mammary glands and stops a pain syndrome. Rhythmical production and normalization of a ratio of gonadotropic hormones leads to normalization of the second phase of a menstrual cycle.

Indications to use:

— disturbances of a menstrual cycle;

— premenstrual syndrome;

— mastodynia.

Route of administration and doses:

Tablets, coated, accept inside on 1 tablet once a day, in the morning, without chewing, with a small amount of water.

Treatment is carried out within 3 months, without interruption during periods. After disappearance of symptoms and improvement of a state it is necessary to continue treatment within several weeks. If after drug withdrawal of the complaint appear again, it is necessary to consult with the doctor.

Features of use:

In case of emergence at administration of drug of pains in mammary glands and/or weakness, a depression, and also in case of menstrual disturbances it is recommended to consult with the doctor.

Drops should not be applied to intake after successful antialcoholic treatment. Tablets, coated, contain milk sugar (lactose).

The lactose intolerance can be considered as the possible reason of pains in epigastric area and diarrheas.

Drug does not influence ability to driving of the car and control of mechanisms.

The note for patients with a diabetes mellitus. The people suffering from a diabetes mellitus can take drops and the pill Tsiklodinon® since the single dose of this medicine contains less than 0,03 set-off "grain units".

Use at pregnancy and a lactation. Drug should not be used during pregnancy, and also during breastfeeding.

Side effects:

Allergic skin reactions meet seldom. There are data on exceptional cases of passing psychomotor excitement, confusion of consciousness and hallucinations.

Interaction with other medicines:

At the patients accepting antagonists of dopamine receptors, perhaps mutual weakening of effect of medicines. Interactions with other medicines are unknown so far.

Contraindications:

Individual hypersensitivity to drug components.

Overdose:

Cases of overdose are unknown.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children! Period of storage 3 years.
