General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 162 mg of Vitex agnus castus (Agnus castus) D1, 81 mg of Caulophyllum thalictroides D4, 81 mg of Cyclamen europaeum (Cyclamen) D4, 81 mg of Strychnos ignatii (Ignatia)D6 81 of mg, 162 mg of Iris versicolor (Iris) D2, 81 mg of Lilium lancifolium (Lilium tigrinum) D3.

Excipients: potato starch, magnesium stearate, lactoses monohydrate.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The combined homeopathic medicine. Has dopaminergic effect thanks to what prolactin secretion by an adenohypophysis decreases. At the same time products of gonadotropic hormones of a hypophysis are normalized that leads to elimination of insufficiency of a yellow body and the disturbances of a menstrual cycle and infertility connected with it. At decrease in content of prolactin premises for involution of pathological process at a fibrous and cystous mastopathy are created. At the same time the therapeutic effect occurs, as a rule, in 6 weeks.

Pharmacokinetics. Effect of the drug Mastodinon® is cumulative action of its components therefore carrying out kinetic researches is not possible; everything together components cannot be tracked by means of markers or bioresearches.

Indications to use:

As symptomatic means in complex therapy:

- premenstrual syndrome (mastodynia, tension of mammary glands, mental lability, lock, hypostases, head pain / migraine);

- fibrous and cystous mastopathy;

- the disturbances of a menstrual cycle and/or infertility caused by insufficiency of a yellow body.

Route of administration and doses:

To accept inside on the 1st tablet 2 times a day, with a small amount of liquid. Мастодинон® has to be accepted not less than 3 months, including during periods. Improvement usually occurs in 6 weeks. If after the termination of reception of the complaint renew, then it is necessary to consult with the doctor. Due to the good tolerance drug is suitable for long therapy.

Features of use:
