General characteristics. Structure:

Ascorbic acid бр.ф 50 mg 
Riboflavinum бр.ф 2 mg 
Thiamin mononitrate бр.ф 2 mg 
Niacinamide бр.ф 15 mg 
Pyridoxine hydrochloride бр.ф 1 mg 
Pantothenic acid бр.ф 2,5 mg

The capsule of drug FENYuLS contains strictly certain quantity of microdialysis granules. Granules are created by means of technology which guarantees the prolonged allocation and protects from irritation mucous digestive tract.

Pharmacological properties:

Iron preparation with a complex of vitamins, for intake, being in the capsule which contains microdialysis granules and provides gradual allocation of components.
Drug is used at chronic blood loss, alimentary insufficiency of iron, the increased need for iron.
Iron is necessary for normal functioning of hemoglobin, a myoglobin, tsitokhrom, peroxidases and catalases. Being a structural component gem, takes part in a hemogenesis.
Existence in microdialysis granules in a complex with iron of ascorbic acid and vitamins of group B improves iron absorption, prevents pro-oxidatic effect of iron.
Thiamin participates as a cofactor of enzymes in carbohydrate metabolism, functioning of a nervous system.
Niacinamide participates in cellular respiration.
Riboflavinum — the most important catalyst of processes of cellular respiration and visual perception.
The pyridoxine as coenzyme participates in metabolism of amino acids, proteins, synthesis of neurotransmitters.
Calcium pantothenate — the coenzyme A component, participates in processes of acetylation and oxidation of fats and carbohydrates.
Vitamins recover the broken metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats at development of the dystrophic disturbances in an organism caused by the hidden deficit of iron and avitaminosis.

Indications to use:

- Hidden deficit of iron
- Iron deficiency anemia
- Hypoxemic states
- Hypo - and group B avitaminosis
- Menstrual cycle, pregnancy, lactation

Route of administration and doses:

At the hidden deficit of iron — on 1 капс. 1 time / Course of treatment — 1 month.
For prevention of the hidden deficit of iron (at plentiful and long periods) — on 1 капс. in 1–2 days before, in time and 1–2 days after the termination of periods.

Features of use:

Coloring of urine in bright yellow color is possible that has no clinical value and is explained by existence in composition of drug of Riboflavinum.
 
Treatment of an iron deficiency anemia needs to be carried out under control of level of hemoglobin and concentration of iron in blood serum.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, vomiting, locks or diarrhea, pain in the field of an epigastrium, dizziness.

Interaction with other medicines:

Simultaneous use of other polyvitaminic complexes in order to avoid overdose is not recommended.
 
It is not necessary to appoint along with the antacids containing salts of aluminum, magnesium, calcium since iron absorption decreases.
 
Iron reduces absorption of drugs of a tetracycline row.
 
The pyridoxine reduces therapeutic effect of a levodopa.

Contraindications:

— hypersensitivity to drug components;
— hemochromatosis;
— hemosiderosis;
— children's age.

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast. Apply according to indications.

Use for children. It is contraindicated at children's age.

Storage conditions:

To store in the place, dry, dark, unavailable to children, at a temperature not above 25 °C. Period of validity 3 years. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging.
