General characteristics. Structure:
Active agents: Clotrimazolum of 1 mg, beclomethasone Dipropionas of anhydrous 25 mkg;
Excipients: benzyl alcohol 1 of mg, vaseline of white 12 mg, liquid paraffin (paraffin oil) of 6 mg, wax of emulsion tsetomakrogolny 13,5 mg, mg propylene glycol 5, methylparahydroxybenzoate of 150 mg, пропилпарагидроксибензоат 50 mkg, butyl hydroxytoluene of 100 mkg, sodium phosphate of anhydrous 60 mkg, sodium dihydrophosphate of 80 mkg, water the cleared q.s.
Pharmacological properties:
The combined drug for external use action of which is caused by the components which are its part.
Clotrimazolum - derivative an imidazole, antifungal broad-spectrum agent.
The anti-mycotic effect is connected with disturbance of synthesis of ergosterol, is a part of a cellular membrane of mushrooms that causes change of its structure and properties and leads to a lysis of a cell. Dermatophytes, drozhzhepodobny mushrooms (sorts Candida, Torulopsis glabrata, Rhodotorula), mold mushrooms, and also the activator multi-colored are sensitive to Clotrimazolum depriving Pityriasis versicolor and the activator of an erythrasma.
Has antimicrobic effect concerning gram-positive (staphylococcus and streptococci) and gram-negative bacteria (Bacteroides, Gardnerella vaginalis), and also concerning Trichomonas vaginalis.
Beclomethasone renders antiinflammatory, antiallergic, anti-exudative and antipruritic action. At external use beclomethasone suppresses inflammatory and allergic skin reactions, also as well as the reactions connected with the strengthened proliferation that leads to reduction of objective symptoms (an erythema, hypostasis, lichenification) and subjective feelings (an itch, irritation, pain).
Indications to use:
The fungal infections of skin which are especially followed by acute eczematic manifestations: an inguinal epidermophitia, an epidermophitia of feet, a microsporia of smooth skin, the candidiasis caused by Candida albicans.
Route of administration and doses:
Outwardly, on previously washed out and dried up affected areas of skin, slightly rubbing, put with a thin layer 2-3 times a day. At an inguinal epidermophitia, a microsporia of smooth skin and candidiasis a course of treatment - 2 weeks; at an epidermophitia of feet - 4 weeks. In need of prolonged use it is necessary to apply less often - every other day. At therapy of chronic diseases treatment it is necessary to continue still some time after disappearance of all symptoms to avoid a disease recurrence.
Features of use:
If at the first use of Candide of B of cream hypersensitivity reaction on skin (an itch, burning or redness) develops it is necessary to stop immediately use of drug and to see a doctor. It is necessary to avoid whenever possible long therapy, especially at children, because of possible suppression of function of adrenal glands.
Drawing on an extensive surface can lead to system absorption of beclomethasone. It is necessary to avoid hit of drug in eyes; it is impossible to apply on skin in eyes and on mucous membranes. Development or spread of an infection demands drug withdrawals and purpose of antimicrobic therapy. The bacterial infection is supported in warm wet conditions therefore skin has to be cleared before putting cream.
Influence on ability of control of vehicles and mechanisms
Data on an adverse effect of Candide of B of cream on ability to manage vehicles and mechanisms are not available.
Side effects:
Side effects, as a rule, have slight character. Local allergic reactions - erubescence, a burning sensation and prickings on site of putting drug are possible.
Seldom, as well as at use of other glucocorticosteroids, aknepodobny changes, hypopigmentation, striya, a skin atrophy, a hypertrichosis, teleangiectasias, consecutive infections of skin can develop.
Interaction with other medicines:
Candide's interactions B of cream with other medicines are unknown.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity, chicken pox, measles, tuberculosis cutis, postvaccinal skin reactions, herpes simplex, skin displays of syphilis, actinomycosis, zymonematosis, sporotrichosis, trophic ulcers against the background of chronic venous insufficiency, a skin tumor, the lactation period.
PREGNANCY AND PERIOD OF BREASTFEEDING
External use Candida of B of cream at pregnant women is allowed when the estimated advantage for mother exceeds risk for a fruit. In such cases use of drug has to be short and be limited to small sites of integuments.
It is unknown whether drug gets into mother's milk therefore during breastfeeding use of drug of Candide of B is possible only according to strict indications, at the same time drug cannot be applied on skin of a mammary gland before feeding.
Overdose:
At long use of beclomethasone on the big surfaces of skin with the broken integrity, and also at prolonged use at children, development of the side effects connected with suppression and insufficiency of function of bark of adrenal glands is possible.
Treatment: it is recommended to cancel drug and if necessary to carry out a symptomatic treatment.
Storage conditions:
In the place protected from light at a temperature from 2 °C to 25 °C.
