Neyramin

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 125 mg L-tryptophane, 25 mg of L - arginine - L - aspartate, 50 mg of glycine.

Excipients: methyl cellulose, calcium stearate.

The drug having anti-anginal and hypotensive effect.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacokinetics. Anti-anginal action is caused Action caused by the components entering a combination. Amino acid glycine is the central neurotransmitter of brake type of action, improves metabolic processes in a brain. Has sedative, anxiolytic and nootropic effect.

Increases intellectual working capacity, eliminates depressive disturbances, an acrimony, normalizes a dream. L-tryptophane - irreplaceable amino acid, the predecessor of a neurotransmitter of serotonin in TsNS. Has soft antidepressive and anxiolytic effect, improves mood.

Increasing serotonin level in a brain, tryptophane reduces a morbid attraction to alcohol, weakens symptomatology of an alcoholic abstinence syndrome (a depression, uneasiness and irritability). As the predecessor of L-tryptophane serotonin also contributes to normalization of a dream, facilitates achievement of feeling of saturation at consumption of food and promotes decrease in body weight.

L - aspartate - L - arginine improves brain metabolism, stimulates oxidation-reduction processes in a brain, promotes neutralization and removal from an ammonia organism.

Indications to use:

Stressful states, psychoemotional tension, hyperexcitability;

Psychovegetative frustration, vegeto-vascular dystonia;

Depressions easy and moderately severe;

Neurotic reactions (the increased uneasiness, tension, concern);

Effects of neuroinfections and craniocereberal injury, encephalopathy; sleep disorder;

Acute alcoholic intoxication, alcoholism; decrease in intellectual working capacity;

Stabilization of food motivation at the long therapy directed to decrease in body weight.

Route of administration and doses:

Apply inside.

* at a psychoemotional tension, decrease in memory, attention, intellectual working capacity, vegeto-vascular dystonia - on 2-4 capsules 2-3 times a day within 14-30 days;

* at the functional and organic lesions of a nervous system which are followed by hypererethism, emotional lability - on 2-4kapsula 3 times a day within 30 days;

* at the lowered mood, depressions easy and moderately severe - on 2-4 capsules 3 times a day 2-3 weeks, if necessary a course of treatment repeat;

* at sleep disorders - on 2-4 capsules in 20 minutes prior to a dream or just before a dream;

* for stabilization of food motivation - on 2-4 capsules 3 times a day.

* use at alcoholism: the acute alcoholic intoxication which is combined with excitement and an inclination to alcohol - on 2-4 capsules, if necessary reception repeat in 15-20 minutes; clinically developed abstinent state - on 2-4 capsules 3 times a day within 7 days; after an exit from a hangover reception on 2-4 capsules within 7-14 days is recommended (morning) once a day; for simplification of interruption of hard drinkings at patients with an alcoholism - on 2-4 capsules every 6 hours within 2-3 days; the remission after a condition of a hangover accompanied with the expressed irritability and alarming and depressive disturbances - on 2-4 capsules 2-4 times a day, including at sleep disorders 2-4 capsules are accepted for the night;

* at improvement of a state the course of rehabilitation - on 2-4 capsules within 7-14 days is recommended (morning).

Capsules of a neyramin should be swallowed entirely, without chewing, together with a small amount of water, whenever possible to food.

Features of use:

At patients with tendency to a hypertension нейрамин appoint in smaller doses and on condition of regular control of the ABP. At decrease in the ABP below usual level the dose of drug is reduced or reception is stopped.

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast. Not contraindicated.

Side effects:

Are not revealed.

Interaction with other medicines:

Reduces toxicity of antikonvulsant. neuroleptics. Can strengthen effect of antidepressants from group of inhibitors of the return serotonin reuptake.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity.
