Афлубин®

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 1 ml of Gentiana (Gentian) of D1, 10 ml of Aconitum (Akonitum) of D6, 10 ml of Bryonia (Bryony) of D6, 10 ml of Ferrum phosphoricum (Ferrum фосфорикум) D12, 10 ml of Acidum sarcolacticum (Atsidum сарколактикум) D12.

Excipients: alcohol (ethanol) of 43% (on weight) 59 ml.

Natural complex drug for prevention and treatment of cold and flu, for adults and children since the first year of life.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Complex homeopathic medicine. Renders antiinflammatory, immunomodulatory, febrifugal, disintoxication action. Has antiviral activity. Promotes increase in activity of nonspecific factors of local immunity. Reduces intensity and duration of intoksikatsionny and catarral syndromes, normalizes functions of a mucous membrane of respiratory tracts.
 
Pharmacokinetics. Effect of drug Aflubin is result of cumulative action of its components therefore carrying out kinetic observations is not possible; everything together components cannot be tracked by means of markers or bioresearches. For the same reason it is impossible to find also metabolites of drug.

Indications to use:

In complex treatment of flu, parainfluenza and acute respiratory diseases for the purpose of relief of symptoms of the specified diseases, and also for their prevention both planned, and emergency; at treatment of the inflammatory and rheumatic diseases which are followed by a joint pain syndrome.

Route of administration and doses:

For ensuring the greatest efficiency Aflubin® should be accepted in 30 minutes prior to or in 1 hour after meal.

At the beginning of a disease, and also the cases demanding bystry weakening of symptoms administration of drug till 8-10 of drops everyone half an hour – hour before improvement of a state, but no more than 8 times is possible then to accept 3 times a day.

Features of use:

As drug contains vegetable natural components, at storage insignificant opacification and weakening of a smell and taste can be observed that does not lead to decrease in efficiency of drug.

Influence on ability to drive mechanisms and the car: during use of drug it is necessary to be careful when performing potentially dangerous types of activity requiring special attention and bystry reactions (control of motor transport, work with moving mechanisms).

Alcohol (ethanol) - 43% on weight is a part of drug. Aflubin (Aflubin) - drops contains 0,17 alcohols (ethanol) in a single dose (10 drops). The maximum daily dose (8 times a day on 10 drops) contains 1,35 g of alcohol (ethanol).

Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding.  At pregnancy and during breastfeeding use of drug is possible if the expected advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit and the child. Consultation of the doctor is necessary.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible. The increased salivation can seldom be noted. At emergence of side effects it is necessary to see a doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

Clinically significant interaction of drug with other medicines is not established. Drug should not be used by patients with alcohol addiction. Use of homeopathic medicines does not exclude treatment by other medicines.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of drug components.

Children's age till 1 year.

With care.  Liver diseases, alcoholism, craniocereberal injury, brain diseases.

Overdose:

Overdose cases were not registered so far.

Storage conditions:

In original packaging and the place protected from strong electromagnetic fields at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity of 5 years. Not to apply after the period of validity specified on packaging.

Packaging:

Drops are homeopathic. On 20 or 50 ml in bottles from brown glass (type III) with the screw-on cover from propylene with control of the first opening, with a dropper from polyethylene. Each bottle together with the application instruction is placed in a cardboard pack.
