General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 3,6 g of sodium of acetate, 4,75 g of sodium of chloride, 1,5 g of potassium of chloride.

Excipients: water for injections.

Hemodynamic solution. Reduces a hypovolemia, a pachemia and a metabolic acidosis, improves microcirculation, has disintoxication effect.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The combined saline solution for a regidratation and desintoxication. Has hemodynamic effect, reducing a hypovolemia, interfering with a pachemia and development of a metabolic acidosis, improves microcirculation, strengthens a diuresis has disintoxication effect

Indications to use:

Dehydration, intoxication against the background of dehydration (an acute shigellosis, food toxicoinfection, cholera).

Route of administration and doses:

Intravenously (struyno and kapelno), under control of laboratory indicators. During 1 h enter solution in the quantity corresponding to 7-10% of body weight of the patient; then jet introduction is replaced drop, within 24-48 hours with a speed of 40-120 of cap/min.

Before introduction solution is warmed up to 36-38 °C. Solution is entered in the quantities necessary for recovery of volume of the liquid lost with excrements, emetic masses, urine, then. The balance of the entered and lost liquid is defined each 6 hours.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding - use of drug is admissible if the expected advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit and the child.

Generally at a degitratation administration of solutions inside is shown, and only at impossibility of such introduction (for one reason or another), drugs enter parenterally.

Before use solution needs to be warmed up to body temperature. Treatment is carried out under control of a hematocrit and concentration of electrolytes of blood, arterial pressure, the electrocardiogram, a diuresis.

In case of development of a hyperpotassemia drug replace with Sodium solution acetate + хлорид& Sodium before normalization of electrolytic balance.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or other mechanisms - data are absent because of exclusive use of drug in the conditions of a hospital.

Side effects:

Hypostases, tachycardia, fever, hyperpotassemia.

Interaction with other medicines:

It is possible to apply in combination with colloidal solutions (drugs of a dextran, Potassium chloride + Calcii chloridum + Magnesium chloride + Natrii hydrocarbonas + Sodium chloride + Povidone-8tys., Zhelatin, etc.); let's combine also with donor blood, erythroweight, plasma, etc. blood preparations.

Is not interfered purpose of usually applied antishock medicines, including drugs for a neuroleptanalgesia (fentanyl, Droperidolum), by benzodiazepines (diazepam, etc.), and also muscle relaxants (succinylcholine a hydrochloride, etc.), proteolysis inhibitors (Aprotininum) and alpha адреномиметиков (a dopamine, Epinephrinum).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, hyperpotassemia, alkalosis, chronic renal and heart failure, existence of contraindications to introduction to an organism of large amounts of liquid.

With care - solution of drug is appointed with care to the pregnant women and mothers nursing. Large volumes of solution should be applied with care at patients with the broken secretory function of kidneys.

Overdose:

Precursory symptom of intoxication potassium are paresthesias. Paradoxical reaction – increase in number of extrasystoles can sometimes be observed. In these cases drug replace with Sodium drug acetate + Sodium chloride before normalization of electrolytic balance.

Storage conditions:

Period of validity 2 years. After the period of validity specified on packaging not to use drug. In the place, dry, unavailable to children, at a temperature not above 25 °C.

Packaging:

On 200. 400 ml in bottles glass for blood, infusional and transfusion drugs, with a capacity of 250 and 450 ml respectively, corked by traffic jams from rubber mix and pressed out by aluminum caps. Each bottle, together with the application instruction place in a cardboard pack. Packaging for hospitals: on 28 bottles with a capacity of 250 ml or on 15 bottles with a capacity of 450 ml in boxes from corrugated fibreboard, together with application instructions in quantity corresponding to the number of bottles
