General characteristics. Structure:
Active ingredients: 5 g of sodium of chloride, 1 g of potassium of chloride, 2 g of sodium of acetate in 1 l of solution.
Excipients: water for injections.
Pharmacological properties:
Pharmacodynamics. The combined drug, renders disintoxication, plasma substituting, regidratiruyushchy, diuretic, antishock, antiagregantny action. Reduces a hypovolemia, interferes with a pachemia and development of a metabolic acidosis, strengthens a diuresis, improves microcirculation.
Indications to use:
Dehydration, intoxication (cholera El-Tor, dysentery, food toxicoinfection).

Features of use:
Therapy is carried out under control of a hematocrit and concentration of electrolytes of blood. In case of development of a hyperpotassemia solution can be replaced with solution Disol before normalization of electrolytic balance. Before introduction it is necessary to warm up solution to 36-38 °C.
Side effects:
Hypostases, tachycardia, fever, hyperpotassemia.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity, hyperpotassemia, alkalosis, chronic renal failure, existence of contraindications to introduction to an organism of large amounts of liquid.
Storage conditions:
In the dry, protected from light place at a temperature not above 25 °C. In the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 2 years. Drug should be used to the term specified on packaging

Packaging:
Solution for infusions. 200, 400 ml in bottles glass for blood, infusional and transfusion drugs with a capacity of 250, 450 ml respectively, corked by rubber bungs and pressed out by aluminum caps. 28 bottles with a capacity of 250 ml or 15 bottles with a capacity of 450 ml place in boxes from corrugated fibreboard with an investment of application instructions.
