General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: on 60 mg of each component: Hydrargyrum bicyanatum D8, Phytolacca americana D4, Apis mellifica D4, Arnica Montana D4 on 30 mg; HeparsulphurisD6, Solanum dulcamara D4, Atropa belladonna D4 in 1 tablet.

Excipients: magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug has antiinflammatory, antiseptic, disintoxication action which is based on activation of protective forces of an organism and normalization of the broken functions at the expense of the substances of plant, mineral and animal origin which are a part of drug.

Indications to use:

Quinsy, tonzillogenny intoxication, aggravation of an adenoid disease, tonsillar traffic jams; a secondary (tonzillogenny) cardiomyopathy, complications after the postponed quinsy; prevention of aggravations of an adenoid disease (including revmatichsky myocarditis, polyarthritis, nephrite).

Route of administration and doses:

Single dose to adults and children of 6 years − 1 tablet under language (to a full rassasyvaniye). For use to children under 6 years to pound 1 tablet in powder and, carefully mixing, to dissolve in 20 ml (4 teaspoons) of boiled water of room temperature. A single age dose to children from 1st to 3 years − 2 teaspoons, to children from 3rd to 6 years − 3 teaspoons (to store the remains of solution in the place protected from light at the room temperature no more than 1 days).

To accept 3 times a day in 15-20 minutes prior to food or in an hour after food. In case of the acute beginning of a disease to accept a single age dose each 15 minutes within the first 2 hours. Further to pass to reception 3 times a day.

Course of treatment − 1-3 weeks.

After recovery 2 times a day within 3-5 days for the purpose of prevention of complications are recommended to continue administration of drug.

Features of use:

Drug contains lactose therefore to patients with rare hereditary forms of intolerance of a galactose, insufficiency of lactase or a syndrome of glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption it is not necessary to use drug.

During the keeping of symptoms or an aggravation of symptoms it is necessary to consult with the doctor.

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. To pregnant women and women who nurse the doctor solves a question of expediency of use of drug individually.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. It is unknown.

Children. Drug is recommended for use to children aged from 1 year.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions or the increased salivation can be observed at the expense of homeopathic Hydrargyrum bicyanatum active ingredient (mercury). In such cases it is necessary to stop use of drug and to consult with the doctor.

In isolated cases at persons with hypersensitivity to plants of family of Astrov (for example Arnica) or to other components of drug allergic reactions, including skin rashes, an itch can be observed.

Interaction with other medicines:

It is unknown. On doctor's orders drug can be combined with other medicines and methods of treatment.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any component of drug, to plants of family of Astrov (thistle family).

Storage conditions:
