Supraventricular premature ventricular contraction is one of arrhythmia options. At this type of disturbance of carrying out and production of impulses in a cardiac muscle the ectopic center of automatism occurs in fabric of auricles or in atrioventricular connection.
Symptoms of Supraventricular premature ventricular contraction:
Fibrillation of auricles or supraventricular tachycardia can precede supraventricular premature ventricular contraction. Ectopic teeth P can be monomorphic, in this case impulses occur in the same site of auricles (the ectopic form of a tooth P is identical). Or hems can be polymorphic, in this case impulses occur in various sites of auricles, and the form of ectopic teeth P is various.
On the electrocardiogram the atrial extrasystole is shown by a premature tooth P, also it can be deformed, and after it there is not changed ventricular complex. Further, after an extrasystole, the incomplete compensatory pause is possible, it is slightly more, than a usual interval R-R. The option is also possible when after an ectopic tooth P there is no ventricular complex (the blocked atrial extrasystole).
The extrasystole from atrioventricular connection is extraordinary complexes with negative teeth P in 2 and 3 standard leads and in aVF assignment. These extrasystoles can be registered to or after a ventricular complex or even to accumulate on it. It is worth noticing that supraventricular premature ventricular contraction in certain cases can be followed by the aberration deforming a ventricular complex that results from blockade of a leg of a ventriculonector.
Reasons of Supraventricular premature ventricular contraction:
Supraventricular premature ventricular contraction can be shown both at healthy people, and at diseases is warm – vascular system. Increase in the circulating blood of maintenance of catecholamines, also influence of medicines, pericardium diseases can be the cause.
Treatment of Supraventricular premature ventricular contraction:
* In the absence of heart diseases restriction of the use of coffee, strong tea, alcohol, smoking cessation is recommended.
* In the presence of heart diseases it is necessary to control a condition of patients for early detection of a constant form of disturbance of a heart rhythm. Use of cardiac glycosides, antiarrhytmic drugs I, II, IV of classes is possible.
