Symptoms of the Dishormonal cardiomyopathy:
Cardialgias, the lasting several hours or days, heartbeat, arrhythmia, feeling shortcomings of air, dizzinesses, the expressed vegetative frustration, fluctuations of arterial pressure and the general neurotization of patients are characteristic of a climacteric (dishormonal) cardiomyopathy.
Reasons of the Dishormonal cardiomyopathy:
Dishormonal cardiopathy call a clinical syndrome which is characterized by damage of heart as a result of failures in hormonal regulation. Mainly is a disorder of activity of ovaries at women in the period of a climax, a so-called climacteric cardiopathy. But sometimes the dishormonal cardiomyopathy meets in the form of an independent disease, and also owing to a thyrotoxicosis (a thyrocardiac cardiomyopathy) and other diseases of endocrine system.
Treatment of the Dishormonal cardiomyopathy:
As the dishormonal myocardiopathy is secondary, first of all treatment of a basic disease is carried out, the mode, a diet is defined; then correction of electrolytic disturbances (potassium chloride, Pananginum), active metabolic therapy (inosine, ATP, Essentiale, anabolic hormones), beta-blockers, sedative drugs. At heart failure - glycosides or neglikozidny inotropic means, vazodilatator, diuretic drugs.
