General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients. Capsules of red color: 3333 ME Retinolums of acetate (Vit. A), 15 mg of α-tocopherol of acetate (Vit. E), 200 ME cholecalciferols (Vit. D3), 60 mg of ascorbic acid (Vit. C), 1,5 mg of thiamin (Vit. B1), 1,7 mg of Riboflavinum (Vit. B2), 7,7 mg of calcium of pantothenate (Vit. B5), 2 mg of a pyridoxine of a hydrochloride (Vit. B6), 200 mkg of folic acid (Vit. Bc), 2 mkg of cyanocobalamine (Vit. B12), 19 mg of niacinamide (Vit. PP), 50 mkg of biotin (Vit. Н).

Excipients: magnesium stearate, lactose, maltodextrin.

Structure of a cover of the capsule of red color: gelatin, глицерол, titanium dioxide, the water purified sodium lauryl sulfate, dye red charming (E129).

Capsules of green color: 40 mg of calcium (in the form of phosphate calcium), 10 mg of magnesium (in the form of magnesium of phosphate disubstituted), 10 mg of iron (in the form of iron of a fumarat), 15 mg of zinc (in shape zinc-monomethionine), 150 mkg of iodine (in the form of iodide potassium), 50 mkg of selenium (in shape selenium-methionine), 100 mkg of chrome (in the form of chrome of a pikolinat).

Excipients: magnesium stearate, lactose, maltodextrin.

Structure of a cover of the capsule of green color: gelatin, глицерол, titanium dioxide, the water purified sodium lauryl sulfate, dyes - diamond blue (E133), quinolinic yellow (E104).




Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Дуокапс – the combined drug which effect is caused by the components which are its part – 12 vitamins, macrocells and microelements.

Thiamin mononitrate (B1 vitamin) at receipt in an organism interacts with adenosine triphosphoric acid with formation of thiamin of a pyrophosphate which is the coenzyme (cocarboxylase) participating in carbohydrate metabolism, in functioning of a nervous system, protects membranes of cells from products of peroxide oxidation of lipids.

B1 vitamin is necessary for synthesis of acetylcholine, improves blood circulation and participates in a hemopoiesis, optimizes cognitive activity and functions of a brain, reduces pain at various neurologic diseases.

Riboflavinum (B2 vitamin) in an organism turns into the active fosforilirovanny forms providing oxidation-reduction processes has catalytic effect on cellular respiration and visual perception.

Promotes improvement of synthetic, antioxidant function of a liver. B2 vitamin improves a condition of an organ of sight, taking part in dark adaptation along with vitamin A, reduces fatigue of eyes. Minimizes negative impact of various toxins on respiratory tracts.

Riboflavinum is capable to accelerate transformation of a pyridoxine into its active form in an organism.

Niacinamide (RR vitamin) is a part of prosthetic group of the enzymes causing transfer of hydrogen and redoxreactions of co-dehydrase I (diphosphopyridine nucleotide) and co-dehydrase II (trifosfopiridinnukleotid), connected with tissue respiration, carbohydrate and a lipometabolism. Has antiallergic properties, works positively at vasospasms of extremities, a brain, at atherosclerosis. At patients with a hypercholesterolemia under its influence the ratio cholesterol/phospholipids in lipoproteids of low density decreases.

Niacinamide is necessary for exchange of amino acids, participates in transformation of fats into the substances called by eicosanoids – the gormonopodobny agents managing metabolic ways of an organism.

Pyridoxine the hydrochloride (B6 vitamin) participates as a coenzyme in protein metabolism and synthesis of neurotransmitters, improves lipidic exchange at atherosclerosis. Coming to an organism, it is phosphorylated, turns into piridoksal-5-phosphate, is a part of the enzymes which are carrying out decarboxylation and interamination of amino acids and promotes transportation of amino acids through a cellular membrane, promotes transformation of folic acid into its active form, stimulates a hemogenesis, positively influences development of Norepinephrinum and serotonin.

Calcium pantothenate (B5 vitamin) is a component of the coenzymes playing an important role in carbohydrate proteinaceous and a lipometabolism in an organism.

Pantothenic acid, getting to an organism, turns in pan-aunt's which is a part of coenzyme A which plays an important role in processes of oxidation and acetylation. Coenzyme A – one of the few substances in an organism participating in metabolism of both proteins, and fats, and carbohydrates.

Stimulates production of glucocorticoids, plays an important role in synthesis of antibodies, promotes digestion of other vitamins, has hypolipidemic effect.

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) participates in regulation of oxidation-reduction processes in an organism, activates carbohydrate protein metabolism, increases cholesterol metabolism, increases coagulability of blood, strengthens an angenesis, synthesis of steroid hormones, collagen and procollagen, promotes iron absorption improvement. It raises adaptation opportunities of an organism and strengthens its resilience to infections.

α-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E) is necessary for an angenesis, is useful at a premenstrual syndrome and treatment of fibrous diseases of a breast. It provides normal coagulability of blood; reduces blood pressure; promotes the prevention of cataracts; improves athletic achievements; strengthens walls of capillaries; prevents anemia, participates in formation of collagenic and elastic fibers of intercellular substance, favorably influences peripheric circulation, gem and proteins, proliferation of cells, formation of gonadotrophins, development of a placenta participates in biosynthesis.

As antioxidant vitamin E protects cells from damage, slowing down oxidation of lipids and formation of free radicals. Vitamin E slows down aging, can prevent emergence of senile pigmentation.

Biotin (vitamin N) is necessary for normal course of power processes, for synthesis of fatty acids, antibodies, digestive enzymes and metabolism of niacin.

Cyanocobalamine (B12 vitamin) possesses the expressed lipotropic action, prevents fatty infiltration of a liver, participates in processes of transmethylation, hydrogen transfer, activates methionine synthesis, makes anabolic impact, strengthening synthesis and ability to accumulation of a protein in an organism, increases phagocytal activity of leukocytes and stirs up activity of reticuloendothelial system. B12 vitamin helps to overcome sleeplessness, to normalize lowered blood pressure, and also helps to adapt to change of a sleep pattern and wakefulness that is explained by participation of cyanocobalamine in melatonin synthesis.
Folic acid (vitamin of AF) participates in oxidation-reduction processes, is metabolized to the tetrahydrofolic acid which is a cofactor of the fermental systems which are taking part in transfer of various carbon radicals. Folatny coenzymes participate in biosynthesis of the purine and pirimidinovy bases, nucleic acids, amino acids, and also increase use by an organism of glyutaminovy acid and tyrosine. Folic acid takes active part in processes of regulation of functions of bodies of a hemopoiesis, makes antianemic impact at macrocytic anemia. Also positively influences functions of intestines and liver, increases the content of sincaline in a liver and interferes with its fatty infiltration; supports immune system, promoting normal formation and functioning of white blood cells; plays an important role at pregnancy. It regulates formation of nervous cells of an embryo that is extremely important for normal development. Folic acid helps at depressions and the increased uneasiness.

Retinolum acetate (vitamin A) normalizes capillary and fabric permeability, increases resistance of fabrics to a hypoxia, favorably influences the broken lipidic exchange.

Cholecalciferol (D3 vitamin) is the activator of absorption of calcium and phosphorus in intestines, a readsorbtion of calcium and phosphorus in kidneys, calcium transport through cell membranes, development of immune system, remodeling of a bone tissue, proliferation and a differentiation of cells, synthesis of lipids and a number of hormones, functional activity of cardiovascular system and digestive tract, reduces the level of parathyroid hormone in blood.

Chrome - improves balance of lipids of blood and reduces cholesterol level, protects iodine in thyroid hormones, normalizes function of a thyroid gland, protects proteins of a myocardium from destruction, possesses anti-sclerous action.

Calcium – participates in an osteogenesis, an odontosis, processes of a blood coagulation, neuromuscular conductivity.

Magnesium – participates in an osteogenesis, an odontosis, neuromuscular conductivity, is coenzyme in carbohydrate and proteinaceous exchanges, the integral component of intracellular liquid.

Iron – participates in process of formation of hemoglobin, a myoglobin, cytochrome oxydase, a catalase and peroxidase, reversibly connects oxygen, participates in a number of redoxreactions; stimulates function of the hemopoietic bodies.

Iodine - is necessary for endogenous synthesis of hormones of a thyroid gland, providing a normal morfofunktsionalny condition of a thyroid gland, influences lipidic and protein metabolism.

Selenium - slows down aging process, has the cytoprotective properties, participates in regulation of elasticity of fabrics, promotes a distribution delay in an organism of viruses and to development of consecutive infections in patients, is a part of fermental system glutathione peroxidases which protects intracellular structures from the damaging action of free oxygen radicals.

Zinc - promotes the best assimilation and effect of vitamins of group B, participates in endocrine regulation, formation of mental reactions, formation of a number of hormones, in the course of a hemopoiesis, is a part of the enzymes protecting and stabilizing cellular membranes participates in metabolism of nucleic acids, proteins, fats, carbohydrates.

Vitamins and minerals are closely interconnected in an organism, their action is complementary.

Дуокапс differs from other polyvitaminic and mineral complexes in a number of features:
1. In drug vitamins and minerals are in various capsules and are accepted separately as it is known that separate use is most effective as minerals as a part of polyvitaminic complexes worsen assimilation and absorption of vitamins.
2. Vitamins and microelements are Duokaps's part in the recommended WHO and FDA of daily requirement.
3.    Polymineral complex:
- contains only essential microelements (necessary, irreplaceable minerals by vital need) – iron, iodine, zinc, chrome, selenium;
- organic compositions of microelements, and microelements in a complex with biological ligands of a natural origin as it is known that microelements from such complexes are most fully soaked up are used. So, in drug are used gland fumarating selenium methionine, it is lame пиколинат, оптицинк (zinc monomethionine);
- proportions between Ca and Mg chemical elements as interaction of minerals in an organism has huge value are considered.
4. Vitamin complex:
- contains all actually irreplaceable vitamins, except vitamin K;
- interaction of vitamins is considered: synergism of vitamins C and P, C and B12; increase in a dose of the entered vitamin C increases the need of an organism for B2 vitamin; at a lack of B2 vitamin the level of B1 SI vitamin in fabrics decreases;
- RR vitamin is entered in the form of niacinamide as it causes less allergic reactions, than niacin;
- the combined use of vitamins strengthens their action and reduces a possibility of side effects;
- B1 vitamin protects vitamin C from oxidation and strengthens effect of vitamin A;
- vitamin C slows down accumulation of vitamin A in a liver; - vitamin E detains vitamin A oxidation;
- toxicity of vitamin D decreases at its combined use with vitamins A and E;
- B12, C, B2 vitamins promote transition of folic acid to its active form;
- strengthening of specific action is observed at the combined use of vitamins C, B1, B2, PP, B6 and pantothenic acid.


Indications to use:

Дуокапс it is intended for adults and children 10 years for the purpose of the prevention and treatment hypo - and avitaminosis and insufficiency of the minerals in an organism caused by the increased need of an organism for them or reduced receipt in an organism are more senior. Дуокапс it is recommended to apply at the increased intellectual and physical activity, in a growth period, at advanced age, to reduction of negative impact of an adverse ecological situation.


Route of administration and doses:

Дуокапс apply on 1 capsule to the red and 1 capsule of green color in day, it is better after food, washing down with water.


Features of use:

Not to exceed the recommended daily dose. When calculating a necessary dose it is necessary to consider amount of the vitamins received with food. Smoking and reception of alcoholic drinks reduce absorption of vitamins and mineral substances. It is not recommended to apply Duokaps together with the drugs containing vitamins A and D. It increases risk of emergence of overdose of these vitamins.


Side effects:

The allergic reactions to separate components of drug disappearing later cancellations are possible.


Interaction with other medicines:

It is not established.


Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to separate components of drug. It is not necessary to use drug in the presence of hypervitaminoses of A or D, a hypercalcemia, a renal failure. Pregnancy and lactation. Adequate and well controlled clinical trials of safety and efficiency of use of drug during pregnancy and a lactation it was not carried out.


Overdose:

At observance of instructions on dosing even at long administration of drug of the phenomena of overdose it is not observed.

At exceeding of standard daily rate after Duokaps's reception nonspecific symptoms - nausea, diarrhea, erubescence which pass at drug withdrawal are possible.


Storage conditions:

Drug should be stored in the unavailable to children, dry, protected from light place at a temperature from 15 °C to 25 °C. A period of validity - 2 years.
