General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 100 mg of glycine in 1 tablet.

Excipients: methyl cellulose water-soluble, magnesium stearate.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The antistress, nootropic, normalizing exchange processes means. Replaceable amino acid. Is the central neurotransmitter of brake type of action. Has sedative effect. Improves metabolic processes in brain tissues. Exerts positive impact at muscular dystrophies.

Pharmacokinetics. Easily gets into the majority of biological liquids and body tissues, including into a brain; it is metabolized to water and carbon dioxide, its accumulation in fabrics does not happen.

Indications to use:

Stressful condition, psychoemotional tension, emotional lability, neurosises, neurosis-like states, complex therapy of disturbances of cerebral circulation, vegeto-vascular dystonia, encephalopathy, decrease in intellectual working capacity.

Weakening of an inclination to alcohol, reduction of the phenomenon of an absistention, depressive disturbances, an acrimony, normalization of a dream and other phenomena at patients with an alcoholism.

Route of administration and doses:

On 1 tablet 3-4 times a day are sublingual.

At a psychoemotional tension, decrease in memory, attention, intellectual working capacity, to children with a delay of intellectual development, to teenagers with a delay of intellectual development, to teenagers with deviant forms of behavior – according to 1 tab. 2-3 of time a day within 14-30 days. A daily dose – 0,3 g, course – 4,2-9 g.

Sick alcoholism when stopping hard drinking – 1 tab., in 20 min. – the second, in 60 min. – the third and in the subsequent within a day according to 1 tab. 3-4 of time. The general daily dose – 0,6-0,7 g.

At a hangover syndrome – 5-7 days according to 1 tab. 2 times a day and in the subsequent (as course treatment) within 6-15 days according to 1 tab. in the morning. A course dose – 2,8-4,2 g.

During remission in the presence of alarm, depressive disturbances, an acrimony – according to 1 tab. 2-4 of time a day.

At sleep disorders – on 1 table. In 20 min. prior to a dream. To children up to 3 years – on 0,5 tab. 2-3 of time a day within 7-14 days, in the next 7-10 days – 0,5 tab. of 1 times a day. A daily dose – 0,1-0,4 g, course – 2-2,6 g.

At the phenomena of excitement and a simultaneous inclination to alcohol, in the period of acute alcoholic intoxication – 1 tab., and in case of need – the second with an interval of 15-20 min.

At an ischemic brain stroke – during the first 3-6 h from development of a stroke of 1 g (transbukkalno or sublingual) with 1 h a water spoon, further within 1-5 days on 1 g/days, within the next 30 days on 0,1-0,2 g 3 times a day.

Features of use:

Influence on ability to drive the car and work with moving mechanisms. The patients accepting громецин should be careful at control of vehicles, during the work with cars and mechanisms.

It must be kept in mind that during a transurethral prostatectomy, as a rule, the followed local application of glycine, it can get to a system blood stream and influence a condition of cardiopulmonary system and kidneys, especially at patients with cardiovascular diseases.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions (itch, erythema, hypostasis of soft tissues).

Interaction with other medicines:

Reduces toxicity of antikonvulsant, neuroleptics, antidepressants.

At a combination to hypnotic drugs, tranquilizers and neuroleptics summation of brake action on TsNS is possible.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity.

Overdose:

The phenomena of overdose are not described.

Storage conditions:
