Urolesanum

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 1 capsule contains уролесана®экстракта dense, in terms of moisture of 10% – 10,70 mg (contains the dry rest: carrots wild fruits – 1,84 mg, hmelyashishka – 6,33 mg, a dushitsytrava – 1,46 mg); peppermint oils – 7,46; fir oils – 25,50 mg;

excipients: magnesium алюмометасиликат (неусилин UFL2); castor oil; magnesium carbonate heavy; talc; lactose, monohydrate; dinatrium эдетат (Trilonum of B); potato starch.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug of a plant origin. Components of the drug Urolesan® reduce the inflammatory phenomena in urinary tract and kidneys, promote the strengthened blood supply of kidneys and a liver, have diuretic, antibacterial, cholagogue effect, form protective colloid in urine and normalize a tone of smooth muscles of upper uric ways and a gall bladder.

Уролесан® increases release of urea and chlorides, promotes removal of small concrements and sand from a bladder and kidneys.

Indications to use:

Acute and persistent infections of urinary tract and kidneys (cystitis and pyelonephritises); an urolithiasis and urate diathesis (prevention of formation of concrements after their removal); chronic cholecystitises (including calculous), dyskinesia of bilious ways, zhelchekamenny disease.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is accepted inside to food.

The recommended doses for adults and children are more senior than 14 years: on 1 capsule 3 times a day. At acute states (including at renal and hepatic gripes) duration of a course of therapy makes from 5 to 7 days, at chronic states – from 7 days to 1 month. When developing renal and hepatic gripes the single dose can be raised once to 2 capsules, then on the subsequent reception to return to a usual single dose (1 capsule).

Features of use:

Not to use drug if diameter of concrements exceeds 3 mm.

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. Use of drug during pregnancy or feeding by a breast was not studied.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. It was not studied.

Children. Children up to 14 years need to appoint Urolesan®v to a form of syrup or liquid.

Side effects:

Usually Urolesan® is well transferred. At use of drug are possible:

– co of the side of digestive tract: dispepsichesky phenomena (nausea, vomiting);

– allergic reactions: skin rashes, itch, urticaria;

– from central and a peripheral nervous sistemy:golovokruzhenia.

Interaction with other medicines:

Were not studied.

Contraindications:

– Hypersensitivity to drug components;
– gastritises (except gastritises with secretory insufficiency), a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum.

Overdose:

At overdose are possible: nausea, dizziness.

Treatment: plentiful warm drink, rest, absorbent carbon, Atropini sulfas (0,0005-0,001g).

Storage conditions:
